The County Clerk accepts Notice of Determination (NOD) & Notice of Exemption (NOE) filings.
Submit for Filing:
- Original document with wet signature required.
- One copy for conformation, optional.
- Payment of California Department of Fish & Wildlife fees and $50 County Clerk fee.
- Internal Billing, check or money order payable to "Yolo County Clerk-Recorder", or credit card accepted.
Note: If "Piggy-Backing", provide proof of previous payment of EIR or NEG DEC fee with "Project Titles" matching identically. Only the $50 County Clerk Fee must be paid.
